We are looking for an account manager to handle Tasks Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and partners. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services. Monitor service performance and address any issues or complaints. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. Prepare regular reports on account status and operations. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Requirements Willing and able to work according to the US time zone, which aligns with midnight in Indonesia. Proven experience as an account manager or similar role in the logistics industry. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
