Accounting Manager

MidPlaza Holding is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at AYANA Komodo Resort. As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial goals, maintaining a strong accounting control environment, and implementing efficient financial processes. You will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with taxation requirements. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Implement and monitor internal control systems to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Supervise and lead a team of accounting professionals. Provide guidance and training to accounting staff. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
