Job Summary : Admin & Inventory Supervisor will manage administrative functions and oversee inventory control, with a focus on auditing and data analysis. This role involves supervising a team, maintaining accurate inventory records, and leveraging data to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities : Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth office operations. Manage daily administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence. Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Perform regular audits of inventory and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Analyze data related to inventory levels, purchases, and administrative functions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and performance. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory, purchases, and administrative activities. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for inventory and administrative transactions. Lead and support the administrative and inventory team. Conduct performance evaluations and address team issues. Identify and implement improvements in administrative and inventory processes. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in administrative and inventory management, with a background in audit and data analysis. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
