Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for the set-up and operation of survey equipment on, and/or leading, projects of medium to high complexity.This may include responsibility for the execution of some positioning and navigation and data acquisition tasks.Ultimately responsible for: the set-up, interfacing, networking, testing, operation, repair, and maintenance of survey equipment; the compilation of engineering/survey reports; and the appropriate QC of data and reports.Responsible for all engineering-related aspects of the project, including the supervision/training of more junior team members.Requirements:Preference will be given to candidates who:Has a university degree in electronic or electrical engineeringProven offshore experience (3 years min) in either marine geophysical (analogue and / or digital) survey acquisition, or marine subsea construction / positioning – or preferably both.
