Job Overview: As the Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of our brands identity and reputation. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury market and a passion for storytelling through brand communication. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brand equity and market share. Identify target audience segments and create tailored marketing campaigns to reach and engage them. Brand Positioning & Messaging: Define and communicate the brands value proposition, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market trends. Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with our audience and differentiate us from competitors. Campaign Management: Lead the planning, development, and execution of brand campaigns across various channels (digital, print, in-store). Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content and marketing materials. Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze campaign performance and brand health metrics, using insights to refine strategies. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product development, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints. Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify brand presence. Budget Management: Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Monitor campaign expenses and ROI, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and online presence. Oversee the implementation of brand guidelines and provide training to internal teams as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry. Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
