Our client is a property owner in the vibrant and trendy coastal area located on the southern coast of Bali and is actively seeking a Villa Manager to join and lead the pre-opening team. As a manager, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of the villa operations which involves overseeing daily activities and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Requirements: Fluent and comprehensive in English and Balinese language. Background in luxury boutique brands is preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience as a villa manager or at a similar level and responsibilities in small hotel operations. Pro-active, Initiative, Agile, problem solver and responsible. Willingness and capability to handle daily tasks required for villa management such as being the contact person for villa matters, assisting check-in process, organising villa maintenance etc Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service and ensure a personalized experience for guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the villa, ensuring it meets high standards. Manage and coordinate the villa staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Handle guest reservations, manage booking systems, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs. Oversee budgeting, manage expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping. Plan and execute special events or activities within the villa, including arranging catering, entertainment, and decor. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including personalized services and special requests. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Ensure the villa complies with local regulations and safety standards, including health and safety protocols.
