Key Responsibilities Brand Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for creating and positioning new brands in the market. Product Development Collaboration Work closely with product development teams to ensure new products align with brand vision and market needs. Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Launch Planning and Execution Create detailed launch plans, including marketing, sales, and distribution strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand launch activities. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus 3 to 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the herbal and general supplements industry. Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new brands in the market. Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in brand development and product marketing. Willingness to travel as needed.
