THAILAND - INDONESIA - SINGAPORE - INDIA - PHILIPPINES - MALAYSIA - VIETNAMThe RoleResponsibilities:Maintain and Grow Sea and air Freight Accounts: Oversee and nurture existing Sea Freight accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.Expand business in Sea, Air Freight: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Air Freight market, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.Market Research: Stay abreast of the industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion.Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the companyCollaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Ideal ProfileRequirements: Full-time position based in Surabaya Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistic or a related field Proven experience in business development within the logistics industry, with a focus on freight forwarding Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
