Job Description: Supervise Firewall, EDR, and Antivirus operations. Provide support for the network and server security system. Oversee Endpoint management, educate on information security, and control ISO27001. Manage backup restoration and control Cybersecurity projects. Conduct training and education sessions for users on information security. Job Requirements: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Informatics or Computer Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field is mandatory. Basic understanding of information security in networks and firewalls (FortiGate, PaloAlto, Cisco). Experience in handling viruses and malware in the system (Antivirus, EDR). Fundamental knowledge of ISO27001, IT Policy, and service management. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with others.
