Senior Technician (Sidoarjo Based)

Coordinate, monitoring and provide technical support for the general preventive maintenance and repair works for facilities, building, fleets, utilities and equipment’s of the warehouse and the office appropriate with the schedule and timeline.Ensure smooth continuous operations at all times. Day-to-day maintenance on utilities, facilities, fleets, building and equipment’s.Control and monitoring the usage of stock spare parts.Planning, coordinating and monitoring preventive maintenance programs and repair of the building, utilities, facilities and equipment’s in good condition such as:Cold storage / Refrigeration system, HVACFleetsReach truck, hand pallet mover, hand pallet (MHE)Genset, Good Hoist Tools, equipment’sInvestigate causes of frequently occurred, damaged or failures and recommend corrective actions.Initiative to improve and develop the working method on his teams for more effective and efficient.Check regular control checklist of preventive maintenance and repair also the result of cleaning service. Ensure the performance of outside contractors or suppliers by continuous monitoring and comparing of performance.Minimize the downtime of machines, utilities, fleets and equipment’s.Provide 24 hours standby duties also for emergency call.Working on shift to fulfill the needs of operation.Work closely with Technicians and Supervisor to provide maintenance support to operations & administrative office.Work assignments and routine work coordination.Dealing with Operations, HSE, QA Department.Work closely with Vendors /supplier and contractors Skills :Independent, hard worker, committed, result-oriented, well organized, quality focus and cautious. Leadership and communication.Knowledge of PLC programming.Technical skills for repair.Experience:3-5 years’ experience in technical field preferable in plant maintenance and minimum 2 years leadership experience.Experience in HVAC work.Experience in Refrigeration Fleet.Qualifications:STM / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Automotive.Certification in related skills is a plus.
