ResponsibilitiesAs a Content Marketing Officer youll create creative content that resonates with Odoos audience, whether its through writing blog articles, whitepapers, or promotional materials, etc. You'll need to master Odoos ins and outs, turning complex information into easy-to-understand content. Were seeking a go-getter with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering value. This role will involve planning, producing, and writing content that promotes Odoos products and educates our audience. You will work closely with internal teams across different countries and manage the content lifecycle, ensuring that all materials are accurate, well-structured, and impactful.Your responsibilities include:Strong Professional Writing Skills with strong grammar in Bahasa Indonesia, with intermediate English writing and communication skillsOrganizational Skills: Ability to manage long-term projects from initiation to completion with an effective system for tracking progressSense of Responsibility: Acts as the "gatekeeper" for certain projects and serves as the main point of contact for othersPatience and sense of learning: Necessary for working with Odoos website and blogpost app, which can sometimes be challengingCreativity: Capable of developing new content formats and innovative ways to present the same storyCustomer Storytelling: Friendly and approachable, making it easy for customers to share their experiencesCuriosity: Eager to dig deeper into each customer story to uncover valuable insightsClear Communication: Ability to explain ideas in simple, written and spoken English, considering most of our customers are non-native speakersLong-Form Article Writing: Comfortable with creating detailed content, such as business hacks and in-depth articles; in both Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishResearch Skills: Strong research abilities and good sense of trends; able to develop a new content from scratch MUST HAVE Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field1 - 3 years of relevant experience in content writingStrong writing and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishAbility to write professional articles and clear, understandable copy in both languagesSelf-driven with a creative mindset for generating content ideasGood communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholdersBasic understanding of SEO and what drives page trafficProject management skills for coordinating content production with multiple stakeholders NICE TO HAVE 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in content writingTechnical knowledge or experience in technical writing is a plus Immediate availability VALUES You are able to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a hands-on attitudeYou are open-minded and can react to change with agility You are a quick and autonomous learnerYou have an entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiativesWilling to contribute to great company culture Job Complexity:​Personal Evolution:Variability of the Job:Technical complexityOverachieving Possibilities:Company Growth:75% YoYCompany Maturity:ProfitableNeed More Info?
