Job Overview: The Marcomm Secretary supports the marketing communications team and serves as a personal assistant to the Head of Marcomm. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, assisting with communications and events, and providing direct support to the department leader. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and take minutes. Personal Assistance: Manage the Head of Marcomms calendar, arrange travel, and handle personal matters. Project Coordination: Assist with marketing campaigns, events, and track project timelines. Documentation: Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage marketing databases. Office Management: Order supplies, manage budgets, and coordinate travel. Communication: Draft and edit marketing materials, ensure brand consistency. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor Degree in related field. Experience: Previous administrative experience, ideally in marketing or jewelry. Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools. Agile in managing tasks and adapting to changing priorities. Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Work Environment: Office setting with typical hours; occasional overtime and travel may be required.
