Factory Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Factory Production Manager to join our team. The Factory Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process in our factory, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining high-quality standards. What you will do but not limited to: Oversee all aspects of the palm sugar factory operations, including production planning, quality control, inventory management, and maintenance.  Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and safe operations.  Lead and manage a team of factory staff, including training, shifting, and performance evaluations.  Monitor production output and implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency.  Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications.  Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and equipment.  Maintain a safe and clean working environment.  Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.  Requirements Minimum Diploma degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.  Minimum 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the food or beverage industry.  Willing to be placed in Sukabumi  Has a tough character, problem solver, quick response, and strong analytical.  Strong knowledge of palm sugar production processes and quality control standards.  Experience in managing a team and leading operations in a manufacturing environment.  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Strong organizational and time management abilities.  Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications.  Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.  Excellent communication and leadership skills.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
