About the Role: As a Customer Care Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring they receive the highest level of support. You’ll play a key role in addressing their needs, resolving their concerns, and contributing to our reputation for excellence in customer care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a proactive approach. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support. Handle and troubleshoot client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement. Work closely with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer care. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in customer care or a related role. Excellent communication skills with a passion for helping others. Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred). Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations. Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred). Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. Internet Requirements: Personal PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
