Manages and oversees overall supply chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, product distribution, customer service and logistics division.Makes recommendations to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations.Lead a team of ~4 supply chain professionals across customer service, Demand Planning and logistics/DC operationsConduct Monthly Forecast review attended by commercial teamCoordinate with marketing and sales for any changes in demand to ensure product availabilityConduct IBP process, prepare all the material for presentation to managementMaintain forecast in planning system (JDA)Set up all parameters in planning system, and solve any exception and issuesSupply planning analysis, and confirmation to all vendorsOversee order to cash activity (customer service)Monitor all delivery, schedule on time, and all the proof delivery are maintainMonitor logistic activity, deployment from national warehouse to all distributors across Indonesia, to all channel, Modern Channel, Traditional Channel, Industrial Channel, and EcommerceManages contract and performance of 3PL provider for warehousing & distribution and customs clearance brokerage.Monitor all importation process.Joining the Stanley Black & Decker team means working in an innovative, tech-driven and highly collaborative team environment supported by over 58,000 professionals in 60 countries across the globe.
