Corporate Strategy Manager/Senior Manager

We’re looking for a Corporate Strategy Manager/Senior Manager to join our team to oversee strategic business initiatives from development to execution, assist executives in decision-making and program management, and drive organizational improvements for efficiency and productivity. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting senior management in understanding Pintu’s strategic objectives and setting up long-term company targets. Developing internal OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework, and cascading across the company to ensure alignment with Pintu’s strategic objectives Lead the prioritization process, strategizing and focusing on key initiatives to achieve company’s objectives. Acting as project manager and collaborating across products and departments to ensure strategic initiatives are fully implemented and executed. Support the financial planning and budgeting process, as well as monitoring the company’s financial performance and progress of strategic initiatives, including conducting gap analysis against company's budget and plans. Managing Pintu’s investor relations function, including but not limited to providing regular board updates as well as investors’ inquiries from time to time. Providing any other potential ad-hoc projects as needed by the management team from time to time. Who we are looking for: Five or more years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, Strategy & Planning, Advisory, or Project Management. Bachelor’s degree from any major, MBA degree is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and departments. Strong project-management skills to manage complex projects, and also prioritize multiple stakeholders. Experience in data analysis. Experience with market research.
