Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs across key categories, ensuring that all materials and services meet CCEP's quality and security standards. Collaborate with counterparts to maintain a consistent approach across the CCEP Group. Maximize value by partnering closely with stakeholders, driving efficiency and cost savings in overall purchasing efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop creative, value focused category strategies that meet business needs including risk mitigation, total cost of ownership reduction, sustainability and value beyond cost across the supply chain. Support the development and implementation of the annual strategic, operating and budgeting process across your tower and ensure business and category plans align to stakeholder needs (one procurement face to the BU Lead CCEP API participation in global CEPG sourcing tenders and negotiations and ensure alignment of global CEPG sourcing initiatives to stakeholder needs Implement best practices across the procurement lifecycle and leverage available technology Enhance and manage supplier relationships in line with agreed performance and compliance indicators. Drive sustainability developments through the supply chain, supporting CCEP to deliver sustainability goals through category projects delivering competitive, sustainable outcomes Protect CCEP from all risks associated with third party supply through category risk management strategies. Support business in implementing outcomes of procurement sourcing activities Qualifications : Min Bachelor’s Degree in University degree in Supply Chain, Commerce or other related field required Min 3 years experiences in Procurement management or category management including experience within regional/global categories and organizations Understanding of strategic sourcing management practices Project, portfolio and contract management experience Negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes to realise organisational benefits Supply market evaluation and optimisation experience Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and build strong relationships Risk identification and mitigation experience Job Information: Hiring Manager: Hasderyanto Nasution Recruiter: Hanisa Amalina Grade: GRADE 07 Location: Indonesia : DKI Jakarta : Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan
