One of our flagship products, the bamboo towel, has achieved remarkable success, with over $628,000 raised on Kickstarter and 45,000+ towels delivered to 83 countries, transforming travel while supporting our ecological mission.</p> <p>We are seeking a driven and creative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution across all channels. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and supporting the company's overall growth objectives. The Head of Marketing will manage third-party agencies and freelancers as needed.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol> <li> <p><strong>Marketing Strategy Development:</strong></p> Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy across all channels, including: <ul> <li>E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and paid media (Google, Facebook ads)</li> <li>Crowdfunding platforms (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, WeFunder)</li> <li>Wholesale distribution (products and materials)</li> <li>Physical retail stores (Bali)</li> <li>Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)</li> <li>Public relations and brand partnerships</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Website Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain the company website (pangeamovement.com), including SEO and blog posts.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Content Creation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create compelling marketing materials and messaging that resonate with target audiences.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Budget Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage the marketing budget effectively.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Performance Analysis:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze and report on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Onboard, lead, and manage a team of marketing professionals and agencies.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><strong>Industry Awareness:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> <p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sales Order Volume</li> <li>Sales Revenue</li> <li>Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI)</li> <li>Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)</li> <li>Website Traffic</li> <li>Conversion Rate</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.</strong></li> <li><strong>Open for any nationalities to work here.</strong></li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, within the consumer goods and e-commerce industry; trade show and B2B experience preferred.</li> <li>BA in Marketing or Business, ideally an MA in Digital Marketing.</li> <li>Deep understanding of the US market; understanding of the EU market is a plus.</li> <li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce and B2B.</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, etc.).</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team of in-house employees and outsourced agencies.</li> <li>Ability to deliver projects on time, meet deadlines, and achieve or exceed sales targets.</li> <li>Data-driven and analytical approach to marketing.</li> <li>Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.</li> </ul>
