We are seeking a seasoned and highly organized HR Administration Operations Manager to lead HR operations and support broader corporate governance, legal, and administrative functions across our business in Indonesia and Singapore. This role is essential to the continued growth of our company, ensuring compliance with local regulations, providing legal and risk management guidance, and optimizing operational efficiency.

You will work closely with the General Manager to align HR strategies with business objectives and take ownership of corporate governance and legal matters such as contracts, employment law, and risk management, while ensuring the seamless administration of day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (30%)

  • HR Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives in both Singapore and Indonesia.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding : Oversee recruitment, including job posting, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Internship Program : Create and manage an internship program across departments, including R&D and other key areas.
  • Employee Relations : Address employee relations issues and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management : Administer performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous employee development.
  • Compensation & Benefits : Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Training & Development : Identify skills gaps, create development programs, and organize training sessions to foster employee growth.
  • HR Administration : Manage payroll, employee documentation, and maintain accurate HR records.

Corporate Governance & Legal Guidance (30%)

  • Corporate Governance : Develop and implement governance policies, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards in Singapore and Indonesia.
  • Legal Support : Provide legal guidance on contracts, employment law, work permits, and business agreements.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential legal and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Compliance : Ensure compliance with labor, tax, and business regulations. Manage legal filings and corporate reporting.

Administration & Operations (40%)

  • Office Administration : Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including procurement and general office management.
  • Operational Efficiency : Support the development of operational procedures to enhance efficiency across departments.
  • Health & Safety : Ensure workplace safety programs are in place and comply with health regulations.
  • Reporting : Prepare reports on HR metrics, legal compliance, and operational performance for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : Minimum 5-7 years in Business and Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in HR practices in both Singapore and Indonesia is essential.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. HR or legal certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Knowledge : Strong knowledge of labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in Singapore and Indonesia.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Languages : Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
  • Software : Proficiency in HR software and Google Suite.

Additional Information:

  • This role will be based in our Bali office, Indonesia.
