Key Responsibilities Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for diverse roles primarily in English-speaking markets. Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experiences, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs and job specifications. Utilize social media platforms and job boards to actively source candidates. Present qualified candidates to clients with an emphasis on their strengths and suitability for the role. Guide candidates through the recruitment process and provide timely updates. Requirements Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
