The position As a Product Specialist, you are the frontline interface with healthcare professionals to discuss benefits and features of Novo Nordisk’s products. You have a designated territory to oversee financial and non-financial targets of your assigned territory. Other role tasks are as follows but is not limited to: You are given autonomy to conduct territory business plan, suggest and discuss relevant action plans with your manager, and implement the action plan in collaboration with marketing and colleagues within the function effectively to drive overall financial and non-financial performance of your assigned territory. You are in-charge of maintaining up-to-date information on customers and market landscape, and report all the information into the company’s system on time. You are required to actively take part in exhibitions, symposiums and congresses, as needed, in order to drive high awareness of disease management and knowledge of products among healthcare professionals, and to strengthen customer’s relationship. Qualifications A minimum of an associate’s degree with a strong interest in Sales. A Sales professional at a Pharmaceutical company (preferable in Multinational Company) with minimum 2 years of experiences and knowledgeable in private market in Bandung. Knowledgeable (expert is an advantageous) with products which needs strong concept (e.g.: Diabetes/ Hypertension/ Cardiovascular) and know how to promote products to the stakeholders.
