Job Description Prepare and process daily payments to suppliers in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the established payment schedule. Prepare accurate and timely journal entries. Assist in the monthly close processes to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and on time. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of our financial records and identify any discrepancies. Prepare and organize documentation required for the audit process, ensuring all records are complete and compliant with auditing standards. Monitor and manage the company’s fixed assets, including tracking acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with at least 1-2 years of experience Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ensuring precision in all tasks Committed to achieving goals and striving for excellence.
