Your role will involve managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. If you are passionate about hospitality and have a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations. Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about the hotel and local attractions. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality may be preferred. Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role in a luxury hotel. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel reservation software. Fluent in English
