ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Southeast Asia Pacific sales of adsorbents in Fuel & Food application (Biofuel, Industrial & Edible Oil) direct to key customers and through Distributors/Agents, providing technical support at customers’ sites. Develop business plan, implement sales & marketing strategies. Sales & Managing distributors: Ensure sales target for the responsible in the application/Business Group in the Southeast Asia key accounts. Contribute to team strategy to regional/global key accounts. Manage customer segmentation priorities. Manage pricing & margin aspiration. Manage sales through Distributors & Agents. Innovation Sales: Analyse unmet needs & initiate innovation project: solution/product to be developed. Propose Opportunity sales pipeline. Lead indirect team. Collaborate with internal stakeholder to ensure customer requirement fulfilled. Lead innovation sales project as project leader & manage stakeholders. Requirements Graduate or undergraduate engineering level Min 5 years of experience in technical sales in Southeast Asia Pacific or 8 years in technical sales in Indonesia Computer literacy, CRM tools, English is a must.
