Job Description Working on office & facility related project, capacity and space planning, and implementation of new processes Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, security operation building and cleaning Oversee corporate IT support processes to improve service quality and reduce issues. Managing corporate procurement processes Managing and overseeing contractual agreements with third-party providers (facility management, procurements, stationery, furniture, insurances, etc.) and keep all updated policies related to General Affairs Managing Health, Safety & Environmental aspect of corporate office & building (i.e. fulfillment governance registration updated) Monitor and manage relevant budget and cost implementation Requirements Has 4+ years of experience working in facilities with a focus on hospitality, corporate services, or equivalent workplace management.
