Our client is a newly developed travel company that focuses its service on Hajj and Umrah. Responsibilities : Leading and managing the company's overall operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and goal setting. Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Hajj and Umrah travel industry. Overseeing the sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain clients interested in Hajj and Umrah packages. Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, such as airlines, hotels, and local tour operators, to ensure smooth execution of travel services. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Hajj and Umrah travel. Managing a team of employees, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Handling customer inquiries and addressing any issues or complaints related to Hajj and Umrah travel services. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed business decisions. Monitoring financial performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet company goals. Promoting a positive company culture that values respect, diversity, and teamwork among employees. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred Proven experience in the travel industry, with specific expertise in Hajj and Umrah services Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Financial acumen and budget management experience Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships Customer-centric mindset and commitment to service excellence Analytical skills for market research and business decision-making Cultural sensitivity and understanding of religious travel practices
