Robinson (chrobinson.com)Currently we’re expanding our company to Indonesia and urgently to looking for below positionFreight Forwarding Operations Customer Service, Head Office JakartaCommunicate with customer, service provider, and colleagues to coordinate shipmentExecutes one or more of the following tasks in accordance with office and company policies and SOPActivate shipmentCreate and update shipment record and eventsSchedule pickup/ delivery appointmentsObtain space confirmation with CarriersUpdate financials, create invoice and payment voucherTrack, trace, update routingCreate shipment related documentPerform regulatory filing according to country specific requirementsManage Workflow, Task Board, Process Board, emails etc to respond to customer requestsFollow through on customer and service providers request to ensure satisfaction Validate and ensure accuracy of shipment data in systems according to Company and customer standardsPrepare customer reportReport incident, escalate questions/ issue to the appropriate party when necessaryJoin meeting and training sessions when requiredProvide training or transfer knowledge when requiredOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country specific requirementsQUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Good Communication in EnglishCandidate with PPJK Custom Certificate would be prioritizedDiploma/ Bachelor degree from an accredited college/ university, preferable from transportation, logistic, Maritime academy backgroundMinimum 5+ years of operations or equivalent industry experience background from freight forwarding, shipping (agency) and logistic company in handling Export and ImportProficient in Microsoft OfficeGood attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skillsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentIf this sounds like the job for you, let's talk!
