This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex employee relations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple HR functions effectively.</p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive HR management strategies that support business objectives.</li> <li>Enhance and oversee the human resource management system, ensuring its effectiveness and compliance.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to company laws and regulations, maintaining effective standard operating procedures and resolving employee disputes.</li> <li>Foster and maintain a positive and harmonious relationship with employees, promoting a supportive work culture.</li> <li>Oversee the resolution of potential or significant conflicts and legal actions, providing guidance and support.</li> <li>Organize, manage, and coordinate the salary structure, ensuring fair and competitive compensation.</li> <li>Lead the HR team, ensuring efficient allocation and development to enhance professional standards.</li> <li>Execute tasks and projects assigned by senior management, delivering timely and effective results.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Willing to work at Morowali or Pomalaa, Indonesia.</li> <li>Language Proficiency: Mandarin or Chinese.</li> <li>At least 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a track record of success.</li> <li>Strong independent problem-solving and management skills with a high sense of responsibility, adaptability, and stress resistance.</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Experience in recruitment, interviewing, training, and performance assessment.</li> <li>Willingness to be based on project sites in the Sulawesi region.</li> <li>Preferably, a basic understanding of legal affairs.</li> </ul>
