Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Business Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in achieving sales, collection, revenue, and market goals for our key customer accounts. You will play a crucial role in consolidating customer relationships, earning trust, and expanding our market presence through strategic project wins and effective risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales, revenue, and market share targets for assigned customer accounts.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement and trust-building activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to secure and manage projects effectively.
  • Manage transactions and navigate potential risks to achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively identify and present new sales opportunities both internally and to customers to help increase market share.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.6.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the ICT industry, specifically in Channel Sales.
  • Proven track record of managing partner relationships; experience in partner management is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience with well-known technology providers like Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba (HPE network) is preferred.
  • Experience working with distributors or top system integrators is a plus.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise business processes and ICT technology.
  • Strong capabilities in customer relationship development and project management.
