Responsibilities : Training Design & Implementation: Design a phased competency-based training curriculum that supports resellers’ growth from entry-level to advanced stages. Implement scalable training solutions that can be delivered through various formats (online, in-person, hybrid). Continuously improve and adapt the curriculum to meet the evolving needs of resellers and market trends. Competency Development: Define the key competencies required for resellers at different stages (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced). Develop learning paths and milestones that align with reseller growth phases. Collaborate with key stakeholders (brands, top resellers, training team) to ensure the curriculum is relevant and impactful. Training as a Product: Treat training as a core product, optimizing it for usability, effectiveness, and scalability. Use data and analytics to measure the success of training programs and make data-driven adjustments to the curriculum. Manage training program lifecycles, from design and launch to feedback, iteration, and updates. Engagement & Retention: Work with the marketing and community teams to ensure training programs drive reseller engagement and retention. Implement feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement of training materials and methods. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze the impact of training on reseller performance and sales. Report on key metrics such as completion rates, competency attainment, and ROI of training programs. Provide insights to leadership on the effectiveness of training in achieving business goals. Requirements : Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, or capability building. Experience in the e-commerce or reseller industry is highly preferred.
