Responsible for the exactitude and reliability of the information provided. Ensure the viability and maintenance of the system managed under his/her responsibility including reports and dashboard in the software. Manage the company CRM system and update by being the link between the HQ and the local Sales Forces. What will you do: 1. Operational Data Management Responsible for the management of activity, targeting (PDP, DML), Training and HR Data By delivering: a. Reports to all users b. Dashboards all user c. Monthly data update d. PDP & DML update e. Maintenance f. New Lynx report. 2. Lynx Project Management Launch Lynx : Responsible for keeping the timeline, for the implementation, deployment, training and follow-up of the new App. Be the contact point with Cognizant and the HQ to manage LYNX system. By delivering a. Technical implementation (data transfer, infrastructure) b. Training & deployment c.Customization if needed to adapt the system locally d.Set up clear process to follow for the users. 3. Project Analytics Manage project or ad-hoc requests from SF or HO with complete analysis. (marketing intelligence, territory activity Assessment, Target and selection assessment and challenge, Med Rep effectiveness) By delivering a. Understanding and translating user’s needs b. Conducting data analytics c. Effective collaboration with Sales Result Analyst (cross data analytics) d. Presentation of the results e. Follow up strategy and action planThis position will be located in Jakarta.
