Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Prominent Private Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for Project Archetype Functional Lead . This job will be based in Bandung, Indonesia.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation projects within the hospital industry.Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.Collaborate with senior management, hospital leadership, and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and drive project alignment.Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.Develop and implement change management strategies to support project success and stakeholder adoption.Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure that new processes and systems are effectively integrated into existing workflows.Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.Conduct regular project audits and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management and stakeholders.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant advanced degree preferred).Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the management consulting firm.Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex transformation projects.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
