As the Head of Growth Marketing at Amartha, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and retention Lead and manage the growth marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user onboarding, conversion funnels, and user journey Analyze marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovative marketing strategies Develop and maintain relationships with marketing partners and vendors Track and report on key performance metrics to stakeholders and management Requirements 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably in the financial industry or fintech Proven track record of driving user acquisition and growth through strategic marketing initiatives Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimize campaigns Excellent leadership and team management skills Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
