They have been in business for over 10+ years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities:Lead all aspects of human resources management, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s business objectives.Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Build and maintain a positive and productive company culture.Identify and implement best HR practices to enhance organizational performance.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with a focus on strategic HR initiatives.Strong leadership, effective communication, excellent interpersonal, and strong analytical skills.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and related regulations.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
