They have been in business for over 40 years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.As the Head of Regional Retail, you will be responsible for the overall success of the company's retail operations within your designated area. You will ensure operational excellence, drive sales performance, and foster a culture of customer satisfaction across all stores under your management.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and monitor the performance of retail stores in your region, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Manage and develop store teams, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.Analyze sales performance data for your region and prepare regular reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Develop and implement localized sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain, to support regional retail initiatives.Represent the company in local events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in your region.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position overseeing multiple stores or regions.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for the retail industry and a deep understanding of customer behavior.
