Job Description ● Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines. ● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. ● Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations. ● Support the implementation of Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and efficiency. ● Oversee the maintenance and updating of API specification documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements. ● Manage the configuration and maintenance of Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly. ● Utilize tools like Postman and API SNAP to test, validate, and monitor API integrations within the project scope. ● Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and post-project analysis. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. ● 2-3 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on the financial services sector. ● Proficiency in Postman for API testing and API SNAP for monitoring and validation. ● Experience in maintaining API specification documentation. ● Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve project-related issues efficiently. ● High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Basic understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
