As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you'll be responsible in managing a smooth recruitment process for a wide range of positions within Odoo. You will manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, arranging interviews with the managers, the feedback on candidates and the offers we send out to candidates. You'll help management in keeping up to date with current job market conditions by researching the Indonesian job market.In addition, you'll support and develop the relationships with external organizations to increase the amount of candidates we receive. You'll get contact with professional event coordinators, universities, or anyone who can help us to create fun recruiting events.
