Blow Molding Machine Operator

Job Description Operate blow molding machines to produce jerrycans and drums according to production specifications and quality standards. Set up and adjust machines, including molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper function and quality output. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of blow molding equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Record production data, including quantities, quality, and materials used. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals and deadlines. Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
