With a strong presence across multiple countries, their modern infrastructure and experienced professionals enable the delivery of accessible and affordable healthcare to diverse communities Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive annual audit plan, encompassing operational, financial, and compliance audits.Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize areas for audit focus.Plan, execute, and document internal audits in accordance with professional standards.Analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on outstanding issues.Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a coordinated and efficient audit process.Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices in internal auditing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification (CIA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in internal auditing, ideally in the healthcare industry.Proven experience in leading and managing audit teams.Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management principles, and internal controls.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required due to the international nature of the hospital's operations.
