Currently, we have a beautifully designed loft available in Bali, combining luxury and affordability for travelers seeking a unique and memorable stay.</p> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> </p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Canggu, Bali</p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operational Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our exclusive 12 high-end lofts located just 300 meters from the ocean in Canggu, Pererenan, Bali. These luxury properties are designed for travelers seeking a unique blend of comfort and personalized service, and we are looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role will involve overseeing housekeeping, maintenance, stock management, vendor relations, and operational team recruitment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Team Management:</strong> Lead and manage a team of housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk staff. Ensure properties are maintained in pristine condition through effective training and scheduling.</li> <li><strong>Stock & Vendor Management:</strong> Oversee inventory levels and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring the timely supply of housekeeping and maintenance materials at cost-effective rates.</li> <li><strong>Operations & OTA Management:</strong> Manage online travel agency (OTA) listings, revenue, and budgets for the 12 lofts. Ensure operational costs are controlled while maintaining high-quality standards.</li> <li><strong>Guest Services:</strong> Oversee check-ins and check-outs, payment processing, and ensure that guests have a seamless and memorable stay.</li> <li><strong>Recruitment & Staffing:</strong> Hire and train front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams ahead of the property's grand opening in October.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Willing to work at Canggu, Bali.</strong></li> <li>Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or property management.</li> <li>Having background from an international hotel chain will be prioritized.</li> <li>Fluent in English, with strong management skills and experience in international hotel chains.</li> <li>Familiar with property management software, Excel, Word, and local hospitality regulations.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.</li> </ul>
