Senior Specification Engineer

Job Description: Our client is a leading global provider of construction products and technologies that enhance the performance and durability of buildings and infrastructure. The company offers a wide range of specialty construction chemicals and materials, serving a diverse set of industries including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Reporting to Sales Manager, carry out effective specification works to key developers, consultants, architects, engineers for projects and market segments related to company product portfolio. Identify key developers, architects, consultants, engineers for key projects in construction industry and market segments (commercial, industrials, infrastructure, residentials) related to company product portfolio in both waterproofing and fireproofing. Plan and strategize for effective specification works based on project requirement, expected performance and budgeting, and defense spec works against competition. Carry out product presentations to architects, consultants, engineers, & developers. Establish strong relationships and maintain regular visits with key specifiers and identify continuous leads for specification works. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree holder in Chemical/ Civil Engineering/Architects. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry. Experience in specification works in construction industries will be an added advantage. Speak and write fluently in English - presentation and public speaking abilities in English. Require Indonesia driving license and possess own transport.
