PMC Service Engineer

Area of responsibility : Participate in follow-up of the mill operation in cooperation with customer representatives, and support customer in trouble shooting and improving the operation regarding Valmet supplied fabrics by giving advice and recommendationMake clothing record of the clothing. All reports to be saved in ComPassFollow up the inventory and secure sufficient stock of fabrics at the mill in cooperation with customer representatives and Valmet product sales manager/engineerAttend to every shut down/start up and visually inspect Valmet fabrics prior to installation in order to make sure the clothing is correct and worth to be installedSupervise and monitor the installation of Valmet fabrics into machinesWork together with Valmet mill sales manager and product sales manager to identify sales leads and to provide technical support and solution for customerPerform according to Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and other company’s management system, policies, practices and instructionsBasic Requirements :Diploma in pulp ar making or Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineeringAt least 5 years’ experience working with pulp & paper mill Good oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is an advantageProficient in MS officeCustomer orientnd papeed and service minded and mature with good team work and organizing skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with pulp/paper machine clothing inspection is advantageWillingness to work at customer premises and to travel time to time to support other mills in Indonesia
