Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of IT solutions, aligning technology with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.Key Responsibilities:Analyze internal business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for technology-driven solutions.Lead, manage, and mentor a team of QA engineers and business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.Oversee the entire QA process, ensuring that all software and systems meet quality standards and functional requirements.Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered within budget constraints.Supervise and track the progress of all projects within the department, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT development, project management, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment between technology and business goals.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QA and business analysis processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in QA and business analysis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT QA and Business Analysis.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role, leading and mentoring teams.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Experience in managing project budgets and resources.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
