Responsibilities • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies to support them. • Provide guidance and support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management. • Support employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. • Coordinate with regional HR and communication network teams to ensure alignment of messages and strategies. • Serve as the point of contact for all internal communication activities from the APAC region. • Design and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, encourage open communication, and positive culture. • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making. • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs, including e-learning, workshops, and other formats. • Design training curricula and create educational materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. • Making strategic concepts of training & development program & keep it align with Central Training & Development program, includes correspondents & regularly meeting. • Making regularly training report for BU Indonesia & Central (man hours, budget, feedback, etc) • Maintain, update and lease Training Provider / Facilitator List : Internal, Local (Indonesia) and International As a coach for people manager on feedback and coaching to reach Superior Performance. Requirements •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field. •7 + years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic partnership roles, and managing L&D. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Indonesia & English), other language will be an advantage •Proven experience in managing complex and multiple priorities at one time. • Excellent interpersonal skills at all level, with impactful presentation and facilitation skills. •Positive mind set with pleasant personality •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders at all level. •Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills •Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. •Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS). •Ability to design and implement effective Learning and Development programs. •Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Certification in training and development, such as CPLP or CPTD, is a plus.
