Litigation - Recovery (Makassar)

Responsibilities Oversee and manage all facets of the litigation collection process, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. Perform comprehensive analysis of outstanding debts to evaluate their suitability for litigation. Draft legal documents and collaborate with legal counsel to initiate litigation proceedings. Coordinate with internal teams and external legal partners to effectively implement collection strategies. Negotiate settlement agreements with debtors in a manner that optimizes recovery while mitigating legal risks. Monitor and track the progress of litigation cases, providing outcome reports to management. Consistently assess the efficacy of litigation strategies and make necessary adjustments to achieve improved results. Ensure accurate documentation of all litigation activities and maintain data integrity within case management systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law with a minimum 2 years of experience in legal collections or litigation management. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing debt recovery and litigation procedures. Proven negotiation and dispute mediation skills, with a track record of successful outcomes. Exceptional analytical abilities to assess legal cases and develop actionable strategies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate documentation. Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.
