Technical Manager

MISSION (Why the position exists) To lead, drive, support the business operations of the plant with the objective to secure and update project transfer, industrialization of new product and evolution of existing products to reach/maintain targeted quality, service , cost and satisfaction level of internal customers. To lead, plant productivity, localization and Quality Valued Engineering (QVE) (What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization) • Product BOM are always updated to be used for pricing and industrial activities. • Provide MV and LV offering tools • Provide drawings (folded and unfolded), parts critical dimension, and documents needed for industrialization process • Follow up latest evolution at parts level and panels / equipments • Productivity, Localization and QVE on MV and LV panels • As Technical support (PSP-1) for Cikarang factory. • Lead and supporting type test and certification process of MV and LV Equipments Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Education: UNIVERSITY Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (S1 ) Job Related Experience: 6 - 8 years experiences in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Field, Control System, R&D, Product Marketing. Business Understanding: MV/LV Equipment Knowledge , industrial aspects, Product Management, Quality product aspect , role of the manufacturing process Standard, Inspection and testing knowledge & standard, Standard of Specification ( IEC, NEMA, ANSI , ), Local Standard (SNI, SPLN,..) Business Model, Manufacturing processes, Power plant-distribution Net work Others (e.g.
language skills, technical skills): Language skill in English and Indonesia, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Standardizations, Computerized aspect, Human Resources know how Schedule: Full-time Req: 0092FR
