Job Responsibilities:  According to the company's strategic development plan with the purchasing department, build a high-quality resource pool to enhance overall supply performance and establish a healthy supplier relationship. Establish a supplier management system to supervise and manage suppliers, including but not limited to: classification evaluation, selection, performance management, relationship management, and strategic coordination rules and standards. Maintain the operational supplier management system, ensure that annual routine management is organized according to category demand characteristics and market conditions, and organize category-related roles to develop category strategies. According to the classification of suppliers, manage and maintain supplier relationships through methods such as ABR (Annual Business Review), QBR (Quarterly Business Review), and annual factory visits to ensure good, stable cooperation for quality inspection. Responsible for the supplier lifecycle and overall health, coordinate solutions for product quality, delivery, cost, service, and other dimensions; formulate supplier exit and replacement standards and processes to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of the supplier resource pool. Responsible for supplier cooperation compliance and risk management, including risk identification, control, and warning. Responsible for upgrading supplier management informatization, promoting the landing of supply chain digital platforms and SRM systems; improve response speed and build a flexible supply chain. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in procurement/supply chain management, economics management, international trade, or related fields. More than 5 years of experience in purchasing supplier management, advanced modern enterprise management concepts, and overseas study or overseas procurement work experience is preferred. Strong logical thinking ability, high sensitivity to data, and good data analysis and project management skills. Familiar with supplier evaluation, assessment prevention, and relevant quality system standards Experience with CPSM or PMP certification is preferred. Powered by JazzHR
