You will be responsible for evaluating applicants, selecting qualified candidates for further consideration, and facilitating their progression through the interview process. Your keen eye for talent, coupled with your understanding of our company's culture and client requirements, will be instrumental in shaping our workforce and driving organizational success.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead sourcing activities to identify and attract high-caliber candidates from our talent database and community network.</li> <li>Review and assess candidate applications, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company values.</li> <li>Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' suitability and potential fit for specific roles.</li> <li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system.</li> <li>Serve as a brand ambassador for MatchaTalent, promoting our employer brand and values to prospective candidates.</li> <li>Provide regular updates and insights on sourcing metrics, trends, and candidate feedback to internal stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Willing to work remotely.</strong></li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li> <li>Proven 2+ years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sourcing roles, preferably within the recruitment industry.</li> <li>Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse candidates.</li> <li>Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in candidate evaluation and documentation.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.</li> <li>Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines will be preferred.</li> <li>Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.</li> </ul>
