(Mandarin Speaker) Personal Assistant to Global CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our client's Global CEO. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and possess excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader and be part of a dynamic, global team. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the Global CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication in both Mandarin and English. Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and completeness. Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support the CEO's day-to-day activities. Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate special projects and events, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the CEO's objectives. Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide general administrative support as required. Qualifications: Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is a must. Plus point if the candidate owns HSK or HSKK Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, CEO Office or similar role supporting senior executives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the CEO. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules as required. A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
