Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region. Deskripsi pekerjaan: Meningkatkan penjualan di area yang ditugaskan melalui distributor masing-masing. Melakukan pengawasan penjualan distributor, memastikan target distributor tercapai. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap program-program promosi yang diberikan agar dieksekusi tepat sasaran. Menyusun call plan dan target penjualan salesman. Memonitor pencapaian target salesman eksklusif dan mix. Membuat forecast bulanan dan realisasi PO untuk distributor. Mendapatkan update laporan secara regular dari distributor (SI, SO, toko pareto). Turut serta memonitor piutang toko. Memastikan semua klaim distributor sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan. Menyampaikan laporan penjualan (SO distributor) mingguan dan bulanan. Persyaratan: Pendidikan minimal D3 Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Area Sales SPV/Team Leader (industri kecantikan merupakan nilai tambah) Bersedia bekerja mobile untuk memonitor area Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik Dapat bekerja dengan target Berdomisili atau pernah memegang Area Medan We have a 'CREATE' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective).
